How to create a campaign for WhatsApp Business
- Go to https://app.conversation24.com and login to your Conversation24 account;
- In the top menu, go ot Campaigns (#1 in the screenshot below) and select “Messaging platform” (#2);
- Enable the WhatsApp 360Dialog settings toggle (#3) and click “More settings” (#4, which changes to “Less settings” when clicked)
- Enter the registered phone number and API key (#5) you used at the 360 dialog registration.
- Click “Save”.
- In the top menu, go ot Payments (#6) and select “Providers” (#7);
- Select “Add provider” (#8) to add the provider that processes your payments;
- Enter a recognisable name (#9) and fill in the following fields;
- If Tikkie is your provider, select “Tikkie” (#10);
- Enter the app token you received (#11);
- Enter the API key you received (#12).
- If Adyen is your provider, select “Adyen” (#10);
- Enter your merchant ID (#13);
- Enter the API key you received (#12).
- Select the environment (#14) that is handling the transactions;
- If Tikkie is your provider, select “Tikkie” (#10);
- Click “Save”.
