Yes, to do that you need to go to the Campaigns tab -> Select the campaign you want to modify -> Go to the category 'Routing’.
Under ‘Forwarding level’ you can add Agents and Groups that you wish to forward chats to. Note: these agents and groups can only receive chats that are either manually forwarded by agents, or through automated forwarding when agents don’t reply in time.
Make sure to save your settings at the bottom of the page.
