Go to the Campaigns tab -> Select the campaign you want to modify -> Go to the category ‘Tools’.
Under ‘Cobrowsing’ you can choose to allow your agents to use the Cobrowsing feature. This feature gives your agents the possibility to see the visitor’s screen when the visitor has given permission.
You can choose the text that is shown when Cobrowsing is either on or off, including the text for the on/off button.
The visitor can choose to turn screen sharing on or off by clicking on the switch in the chat window (right bottom part screenshot below).
The agent will see the screen of the visitor in the Screenshare section on the right side of the agent's detailed interface. The operator can see at the top of the chat window if the visitor has turned screen sharing on or off with the screen indicator.
Under ‘Additional CSP domain whitelists (using CSP format)’ you can add website domains. This is required when pages on your website contain information (for example pictures) from other websites. To see these pictures when using Cobrowsing, the domain(s) have to be added here.
