To delete a group, you need to go to the 'Users & Groups' section, switch to 'Groups', and click on the group you would like to delete. When you enter the group profile, at the bottom of the page, you will be able to see three buttons - the trash bin button, the 'Cancel' button, and the 'Save' button. To delete the group, you need to click on the trash bin button.
