Yes, of course, you can add an avatar to your profile.
To do that, you need to go to the Users & Groups tab.
Click on the profile you wish to edit.
Then click on the round avatar space and add the picture you want to use for your agent.
Don’t forget to click “Save’ at the bottom of the page.
