You can delete a user by going to the 'Users&Groups' section and choose the user you wish to delete from the list. When you click on it, it will lead you to the user's settings - the 'Personal Info' section. At the bottom of this page, you will be able to see the trash bin button, next to the 'Cancel' and 'Save' buttons. To delete the user you need to click on the trash bin button.
