In the chat conversation section, you can see the conversation with the customer, the internal messages between operators (if any), when the chat was transferred, and with the chat message preview option enabled, you will be able to see the message that the customers are typing before they send it.
At the top part of the conversation field, you will be able to see the website the customer is on and the chat duration.
In the upper part, there is the option to close the chat as well as the other chat options that can be found by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner.
