The chat conversation section is in the middle of the detailed interface. This is where the chat that is selected is highlighted. On its left, there is the chat list section and on its right - it is the details section. At the upper part of this section, there is the chat menu (three dots) and the chat close button. In the chat conversation section, you lead the conversation with the customer - you can see the messages both of you have sent, and at the bottom, there is the field where you type in your reply.
