In the place of the ‘Visitor’ text, the Campaign’s name will show, so that the agent knows from which website the customer is coming. Underneath, there will be the visitor identifier (6ca75f0dd). Right after the visitor identifier, the agents will be able to see the last message written (or part of it, in case, it is longer) by them or by the customer.
