The pink/clock indicator will appear in case you haven't replied to the visitor for 60 seconds. Such chats will go directly after the new chats in regards to their importance. If the routing function is enabled, it is possible for the chat to be transferred to another agent. As soon as the agent replies to it, the indicator will disappear.
