There are a few indicators showing the statuses of the chat. They are the following:
- Red: a new chat always comes in on top
- Pink/clock: Agent did not reply within 60 sec (after the first response)
- White: Neutral chat
- Orange/clock: Visitor did not reply within 2 minutes
- Grey/pause: Visitor has left the website
- Grey/stop: Visitor closed the chat/the chat ended
- Blue arrow: Visitor was transferred to the agent
- Orange/Boomerang(for the messaging apps): The chat has boomeranged (back and active again) with no actions on any of the sides
- Red/Screen: The customer has enabled the screen share option
