Copy conversation is part of the conversation options menu of the chat. With it, the agent can copy the whole conversation by just clicking on this option and then paste it wherever needed. This helps the agent to provide much faster service as it will be easier to copy the conversation without marking it and ask someone for help, without the need to explain everything, but just send the transcript.
