The 'Chat Transfer' is one of the conversation options available. This allows the agent to transfer the chat to another colleague. In case, the operator is at the end of his/her shift or needs to log out for a break, they can simply use this option to transfer any ongoing chats to a colleague. This can also be used in case a more experienced agent is needed in order for the chat to be handled better. When the agent clicks on this option, they need to choose a colleague, write an internal message as a reason for the transfer, and then transfer the chat.
