When you register for the software you receive your unique HTML code. This code will allow you to have the chat window live on your website. You can also retrieve your HTML code within the software. How you do this is explained here.
There are different ways to have the chat window installed on your website. The two most common ways are explained below.
Manual source code installation
The best place to place the Conversation24 HTML code is at the end of your web page, just before </body></html> tags.
-> Why is manual code installation the best way?
This way your web page will load and render without extra waits.
We'd like to mention that our script uses async loading methods to speed up the load. It specifies that the script will be executed asynchronously as soon as it is available.
That means that the script is executed asynchronously with the rest of the page (the script will be executed while the page continues the parsing).
