This is the place that a visitor takes when starting a chat. Each agent has a certain number of slots available. For example, if an agent has 6 slots, they can have a maximum of 6 chats at the same time, and once a chat comes, one slot will be taken and the agent will have 5 free slots for 5 more chats.
