At the bottom of the chat conversation section, there is the field to write your replies. You can type the reply manually or if available in the Q&A, you can use a quick reply, typing in # and the keyword connected to the response you need to use.
To select the quick reply you can use either the Enter button on the keyboard or clicking on it with the mouse and then send it using the same command - clicking on the blue square with the arrow or pressing enter on the keyboard.
You can also choose a quick reply from the Info Section on the right side, click on it and it will directly be transferred to the field for you to send it.
