With the desktop notifications, the agents can be notified with a desktop pop-up on the bottom left of the screen, when there is a new chat or a new message in the chat. The desktop notification option can be found in the account menu on the picture in the right-hand upper corner of the agent's interface. The desktop notifications can be enabled/disabled from the available toggle. If the toggle is green, it means the notifications are enabled and the agent will receive the desktop pop-ups. If it is red, that means it is disabled and no notifications will show.
