Choosing the right plan depends on many things like the traffic on your website, the industry you are in, whether you will handle the chat yourself or you will have a number of agents that will handle it for you, etc.
Currently, our basic package is for 2 users, which means that two people will be able to chat at the same time. It also includes channels like WebChat, Facebook Messenger, WeChat, Telegram, E-mail, etc., and the WhatsApp Business add-on.
This is the basic plan, but it can, of course, be adjusted to your needs. So if you need more users you can add them while making your subscription or later through your account.
If you do not need WhatsApp for Business, you can remove it or add it again. We also have the option to add Conversational Payments, Screenshare, AI/Chatbots, and SMS.
Staffing
We also have the option for our team to handle all of your incoming chats. The package for you to use in that case depends on the number of chats you are receiving per month. We currently have three packages - for 180 chats, 360 chats, or 540 chats. You can choose a package depending on the amounts of chats you are receiving. If you have not had a live chat channel so far and the traffic on your website is not that big, you can start with the 180 chats package. We can also check this for you and offer you the best package suitable for you and your website.
