The section is on the right side of the detailed interface. It contains details that the agents can need in order to lead their conversations.
On the top part of it, there are two sections, the agent can switch between - Quick Reply and Screenshare.
If a quick reply is selected, the agents will be able to see the search field as well as the drop-down menu to select the client they are chatting for. Underneath all of the available quick replies will be shown.
