Once logged in, you will be able to see your status on the right upper corner of your screen. You can change it from the toggle on the left side of your profile picture.
If your status is green and says “Available”, that means you will receive the chats initiated from the customers. If the status is red and says “Not Available”, it means that you will not be receiving the incoming chats, but you will be able to finish any ongoing chats.
Don't forget to switch between statuses, so that you don't get new chats by accident, when you need to leave for your break or your shift is over.
