Yes, we have that option available. When you only want your agents to work from the office, you can enter the work IP address in order to make sure they don’t handle chats outside the office.
To do that, you need to go to the 'Users & Groups' tab.
Click on the profile you wish to edit. Then go to the ‘Security’ category.
Under ‘IP settings’ you can enter IP addresses.
After making your changes, don’t forget to click on the ‘Save’ button.
